He should be held up as an example of what not to do. many of the policies he put in place are still with us today and lead directly to the current financial crises. Kenysian economics has been proven wrong time and again and here we are making the same mistakes that prolonged the great depresion. Franklin and Eleanor did a lot of good, but the negative effects of his policies far outweighes the good. I agree that Roosevelt is fading into obscurity and that it should not be so.
